To the honorable Buddha Maitreya;

You are herby purely considered and recognized as the physical rebirth of the reverend Lord Maitreya, as the outcome of observation and investigation at leanth by scripture and by reasoning, relying upon longstanding Tibetan cust and methods of seeking and identifying rebirths, on account of your ocean of good deeds as the treaching-physician of general teachings and especially the teachings of Tibet, and moreover your Great kindness toward beings who lack protection
